It was an absolute joy working with Juan and honestly can't imagine owning the home I have now without his guidance and support. There are so many great things to say about his work. As first time home buyers, he helped my partner and I navigate the whole process with care, patience, and wisdom. Juan was initially referred to me through my mortgage provider. And I hit the jackpot with him! I can't possibly make a stronger recommendation. I was a first time homebuyer so I was in need of an agent who was strong on process and negotiation. My transaction was quite complicated too as I was using a unique loan product and using subsidies from local government. Juan didn't flinch (even though I knew it was a lot of extra work and I always felt like I was his number one client. Responsive, articulate, knowledgeable, super friendly but always means business. Always had his sights on closing the deal but making sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Never felt pressure, and his advice was always useful.
