JP Market Stats for March 2020
Amid COVID-19 with relatively low-interest rates and lots of pent-up buyer demand, we're crawling along. And for March 2020, as compared to last year, inventory levels are off by approx. -41% (30 homes in 2020 vs. 51 in 2019). We were hoping for a more brisk market, especially since 2018 saw inventory levels at 32 homes on the market (single-family, condo & multi-family).
